If so, you may be the perfect fit for our Loan Processor II role supporting both our Consumer and Mortgage Lending Teams.

What You’ll Do Loan Coordination
  • Use positive, proactive communication to coordinate Consumer loan closings.
  • Ensure Mortgage Loan Officers provide complete, accurate documentation for Real Estate loans.
  • Conduct post–setup tasks for Real Estate loans, including ordering reports and collecting conditions.
  • Assist borrowers with appraisal dispute resolution.
  • Provide back-up support for Consumer Lending queues, dealer requests, and online loan applications.
Loan Processing
  • Prepare closing documents for all Consumer loans (collateralized, personal loans, credit cards) with exceptional accuracy.
  • Facilitate remote closings using Docu Sign and update loan applications when changes occur.
  • Prepare closing documents for simple Real Estate loans and act as a secondary review for packages created by others.
  • Book, fund, and disburse loan proceeds for both Consumer and Real Estate loans quickly and precisely.
  • Serve as a dependable support resource to all parties involved, fostering a cohesive lending environment.

  • Ensuring open communication with internal partners and external stakeholders throughout the loan process.
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of related experience, in lending or loan operations.
  • Strong preference for real estate lending experience.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills—able to build trust, resolve first-level conflicts, and communicate with tact and discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time-management abilities.
  • Comfort working extensively with computers and loan systems.
  • Commitment to confidentiality, accuracy, and member-focused service.
