We are excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for a Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor to join our ambulatory Urology team. In this leadership role you will care for patients of all ages while supporting a team dedicated to delivering personalized, patient‑centered care. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with five 8‑hour shifts, no weekend, major holiday, or on‑call requirements, allowing for an excellent work‑life balance.

The Supervisor – Clinical RN role is responsible for supervising assigned staff within the assigned work area(s).
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)- Education:
Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing required. BSN preferred. - License/
Certifications:
Current state of Maine nursing license or eligibility for licensure to practice in Maine. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date. - Experience:
Two years of RN experience required. Experience in area of specialty may be required. Supervisory experience preferred.
