Sign on Bonus

Maine Health is offering a $10,000 sign‑on bonus for eligible Registered Nurses with up to 2 years of RN experience, and a $20,000 bonus for RN with greater than 2 years experience. Bonus is prorated for part‑time hires. Per diem hires are ineligible. Current Maine Health employees and former employees within 6 months of separation are ineligible.

We are excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for a Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor to join our ambulatory Urology team. In this leadership role you will care for patients of all ages while supporting a team dedicated to delivering personalized, patient‑centered care. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with five 8‑hour shifts, no weekend, major holiday, or on‑call requirements, allowing for an excellent work‑life balance.

Summary

The Supervisor – Clinical RN role is responsible for supervising assigned staff within the assigned work area(s).

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
  • Education:

    Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing required. BSN preferred.
  • License/

    Certifications:

    Current state of Maine nursing license or eligibility for licensure to practice in Maine. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
  • Experience:

    Two years of RN experience required. Experience in area of specialty may be required. Supervisory experience preferred.
