Position: Island Sous Chef — Lead Meals & Onsite Living
A leading nonprofit conservation organization is seeking a Sous Chef to assist in meal preparation for up to 80 people during six-day camp sessions in Bremen, ME. This position requires living onsite at the Seabird Institute from May 6 to October 2, 2026. The Sous Chef will collaborate with the Head Chef to ensure healthy meals are served, manage kitchen operations, and adapt to dietary needs.

Candidates should have at least two years of food preparation experience and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
