Assistant Manager – Domino's Pizza

Domino's Pizza is hiring Assistant Managers to lead store operations, deliver excellent customer service, and support team growth. This role offers a fun, flexible environment and a chance to build a long‑term career.

• Lead the store team, set the example, and uphold company policies and procedures.
• Manage all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations during shifts.
• Organize staffing schedules, complete paperwork, and maintain accurate store records.
• Ensure store cleanliness, marketing initiatives, and profitability.
• Maintain great customer service and address guest concerns promptly.
• Support a positive, high‑energy team culture and foster employee development.
• Apply safety standards and wear proper protective gear at all times.
• Drive scheduled deliveries and assist team members with delivery tasks as needed.
• Participate in ongoing training and quality‑control audits.

• Pleasant, proactive, and ready to take initiative.
• Strong math and data‑entry skills; adept with a computer and mobile devices.
• Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet strict quality‑control standards.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; access to a reliable vehicle for deliveries.
• Valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle for delivery (if required).
• Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.

• Varying temperatures: 36°F to 90°F+ in store areas.
• Adverse weather during delivery or outside duties.
• Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces up to 500°F.
• Standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and reaching up to 72”.
• Climbing stairs, moving trays, and performing repetitive tasks.
• Carrying, pushing, and pulling freight during deliveries.
• Operating kitchen equipment, ovens, and pizza production tools.
