Job Description
Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer – Join our team to fulfill merchandising needs of customers through communication, relationship building, stocking shelves, and maintaining or changing displays.
Responsibilities- Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility and construct promotional displays.
- Carry out in‑store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
- Order product (via iPad Tablet) to keep shelves and displays stocked.
- Ensure leading Nabisco brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, etc.) are well represented, stocked, and maintained per Mondelēz guidelines.
- Confirm that Sales Representative‑negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues to Mondelēz management.
- Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in‑store service.
- Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
- Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz.

Qualifications- At least 18 years of age, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Positive, professional, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
- Ability to drive personal vehicle to multiple store locations (mileage reimbursed).
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and carry up to 25 lbs; occasionally push/pull over 50 lbs.
- Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
- Live within 25 miles of primary location (Farmington, ME) or secondary location (Skowhegan, ME).
- Available to work Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat.
