Jimmy's Gourmet Bakery in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Overnight Production Supervisor (11 PM–7 AM) to lead the manufacturing team in a fast-paced facility, ensuring safety and quality while meeting production goals.
You will train and coach staff, monitor line performance, coordinate with Quality, Maintenance and Warehouse, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
