Bonneville Caulking & Waterproofing (BCW) is one of the fastest-growing specialty contractors in the region. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Estimating Assistant to support our Senior Estimator in preparing accurate and competitive bids for commercial construction projects.

• Assist with quantity takeoffs from construction drawings and specifications.
• Research and obtain material and product pricing from vendors.
• Request and organize subcontractor and supplier quotes.
• Help prepare complete bid packages and proposals.
• Maintain organized estimating files and bid documents.
• Review plans, specifications, and addenda for estimating requirements.
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
• Update estimating databases and pricing information.
• Perform other estimating and administrative duties as assigned by the Senior Estimator.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable reading construction plans (experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate).
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Experience in commercial construction or estimating is a plus.
