Job Summary

GBS is seeking a Brand and Design Coordinator to join our Population Health team. This full-time role will be responsible for ensuring that all Population Health publications and deliverables are visually compelling, brand-consistent, and user-friendly. The position will focus on design, branding, layout, and content presentation—with a strong emphasis on enhancing the user experience (UX) through clarity, accessibility, and thoughtful visual communication.

The ideal candidate is a creative professional who understands how to elevate complex health and wellness resources into engaging, accessible designs that align with organizational brand standards.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Owning the visual identity and branding of all Population Health (PH) content and materials.
  • Designing, formatting, and laying out reports, guides, presentations, newsletters, and other PH publications.
  • Developing branded templates, style guides, and toolkits to support consistent content creation.
  • Collaborating closely with the Population Health team to translate technical content into clear, compelling visuals.
  • Ensuring all designs align with GBS brand standards while tailoring to PH-specific needs.
  • Managing design workflows, project timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with the PH team.
  • Providing content design feedback where appropriate, ensuring alignment with branding goals while considering how users interact with and experience the content.
  • Staying up to date on health and wellness design best practices and bringing creative innovation to the team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred but not required.
  • Experience in design, branding, or visual communication preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Programs, especially Power Point
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • High level of creativity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate design ideas effectively.

Performance Expectations
  • This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) and your typical schedule will be 8am – 5pm Monday through Friday. This position is in-office but does offer some remote flexibility.

  • Time management, organization, and prioritizing multiple projects are important responsibilities of this position.
