Welding Fabricator

Beacon Commercial Door & Lock is a leading supplier & installer of commercial doors, frames, and hardware based in Salt Lake City, UT since 1966.

We are looking for a hardworking, detailed, organized and energetic Welding Fabricator to bepartof our team. This individual would work in our hollow metalshop with a welding bench and tools provided. Metal working experience is highly preferred.

This is a Full-Time position, Mon – Thurs 7 AM to 5 PM, Fri 8 AM to 12 PM (may vary slightly). Hourly rate is competitive, based on experience

This is in-office located at: 2770 South West Temple, South Salt Lake, UT 84115

Weld door frames and fabricate custom parts. Present a clean and functional finished result.

• Able to fabricate and weld hollow metal doors & door frames.
• Able to problem solve to complete projects well and on time.
• Will work primarily at a fabrication bench with a Mig welder.
• Will work with closely with sales team to ensure projects are done properly.

• Good work ethic and attention to detail, desire to produce high quality results.
• Must be punctual and maintain a good attendance record.
• Self-motivated, willingness to be trained and stay productive.
• Committed to safety and following processes and procedures.
• Comfortable working with your hands and tools.
