Daily’s Premium Meats is seeking an entry level FSQA Associate I to ensure food safety and quality in the processing plant. You will perform pre-operational and in-process inspections, document findings, and verify compliance with GMPs, SSOPs and HACCP guidelines.
You will monitor product temperatures, weights, label accuracy, metal detection, and sell-by verifications; support corrective actions and quality standards across shifts in a dairy-free processing environment.
