To ensure on-time and high-quality installations, the following responsibilities must be performed promptly and consistently:
- Oversee daily installation activities to deliver projects on schedule and to a high standard
- Demonstrate accountability to both clients and the company
- Navigate complex installations and proactively resolve issues as they arise
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and monitor the quality of installed materials
- Thoroughly review and understand the full scope of each project before starting
- Accurately measure all walls and work areas prior to installation
- Clearly communicate tasks required to complete punch list items
- Provide daily updates on job progress and maintain open communication
- Share all job site details in a timely and effective manner
- Build and sustain strong working relationships with homeowners, superintendents, designers, and management
- Uphold high safety standards at all times
- Submit job updates through designated apps and verbal communication
Compensation is based on piece rate. Excel Cabinets is an equal opportunity employer.
QualificationsWe’re looking for installers who are ready to uphold our standards and be a valuable part of our team. Ideal candidates will:
- Have experience installing both framed and frameless cabinet styles in residential settings
- Understand construction and cabinet installation requirements
- Possess a strong work ethic and a commitment to meeting project deadlines
- Be detail-oriented and driven by scheduling goals
- Be proficient in reading, interpreting, and clearly communicating construction plans and specifications
- Be organized, communicative, and fluent in English
- Work effectively with minimal supervision
- Own a functioning smartphone capable of running job-related software for field-to-office communication
