  • Maintain company tools, equipment, vehicles, and installation materials
  • Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
  • Communicate professionally with customers, project managers, vendors, and other trades
  • Follow company procedures and all applicable safety requirements
Additional Experience That Is a Big Plus

  • Glass replacement and service work
  • Reading plans, elevations, and shop drawings
Qualifications
  • Previous shower-glass, mirror, glazing, or closely related installation experience
  • Ability to accurately read a tape measure and verify dimensions
  • Experience using levels, drills, saws, suction cups, hand tools, and power tools
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
  • Ability to troubleshoot field conditions and make sound installation decisions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional communication and customer-service skills
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to safely lift, carry, and maneuver large and heavy glass products, with assistance or appropriate equipment when required
  • Ability to work on ladders and in active construction environments
  • Commitment to following glass-handling and job-site safety procedures
