The Housing Advocate Supervisor provides leadership, guidance, and daily support to front‑line Housing Advocate staff who serve individuals and families seeking shelter at The Road Home. This role helps ensure that all guests experience a safe, welcoming, and trauma‑informed environment while receiving high‑quality shelter services. Working as part of a cohesive supervisory team, the Housing Advocate Supervisor contributes to a strong, coordinated shelter response by modeling compassionate engagement, supporting problem‑solving during challenging situations, and fostering a culture of respect and professionalism.
The ideal candidate is motivated, compassionate, open to learning, and committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of people experiencing homelessness.
