Food Truck crew ( Event Food truck

We're looking for an experienced, reliable team member to join our food truck. This role combines driving the truck to locations, working the hot line during service, running the POS system, and interacting directly with customers. We travel to various events and locations throughout Utah, so this role involves regular travel within the state — not a fixed single location.

• Safely drive and park the food truck at scheduled locations/events across Utah
• Cook on the hot line during service (grill, fryer, etc.) — prep is handled separately, not part of this role
• Operate the POS system for orders and payments
• Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards throughout service
• Load/unload equipment and supplies before and after shifts
• Help with basic truck upkeep (fluids, tire checks, reporting mechanical issues)

• Minimum 2 years of food truck experience (required)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable driving a food truck long distances
• Willing and able to travel to different locations/events throughout Utah (schedule varies by event)
• POS system experience (any system)
• Strong customer service skills — friendly, patient, communicative
• Must be able to lift and carry at least 60 lbs
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active outdoor environment
• Travel: Frequent travel to event locations across Utah required
