Our client, a science-driven organization is seeking a Lab-Office Coordinator to join their team. As a Lab-Office Coordinator, you will be part of the Operations & Workplace Support team supporting laboratory and administrative groups. The ideal candidate will have strong organization, clear communication, and a service-minded mindset that will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:

Lab-Office Coordinator Pay Range: $36-$40

Shift: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm What's the Job?
  • Keep daily operations running smoothly by coordinating administrative, operational, and logistical support across the laboratory and workplace environments.
  • Own workplace services such as office/pantry supply replenishment, requisitions and purchase orders in Coupa, mail/shipping coordination, desk allocation, and reception/visitor management.
  • Support lab operations by coordinating vendor services, scheduling equipment calibration/preventative maintenance/certifications, and tracking service records, calibration certificates, and related invoices.
  • Assist EHS administration by logging safety training attendance, tracking new-hire safety orientations, and supporting regulated waste vendor scheduling and incident/hazard reporting workflows.
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for facilities requests by submitting, triaging, and tracking facility tickets and coordinating access for on-site trade and maintenance work.
What's Needed?
  • High school diploma or equivalent;
    Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in office administration, facilities coordination, workplace services, or laboratory operations support.
  • Comfort working in and around an active laboratory/research setting, with training on laboratory protocols and safety practices provided.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365) and experience using ticketing/work order systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail, plus clear professional verbal and written communication with internal teams and third-party vendors.
