Maintenance Data Specialist

Job Description

Duties:

• The candidate will be collaborating closely with the Process Equipment Maintenance Execution Facilities group.
• The candidate will be responsible for initiating and managing change records related to Maintenance SOP generation and revisions.
• In addition the candidate will be tasked with various responsibilities associated with maintenance execution process improvements and corrective actions such as document revisions, report generation, research and data mining.

Skill-sets in:

• Quality Records completion
• Change Record initiation
• Calibration
• Instrumentation
• Master Data

Discrepancy management system, calibration management / systems, GMP records, change control systems, Cal Man, SAP, Track Wise

Skills:

• Attention to detail
• Experience in cGMP environment
• Excellent communication, writing, and collaboration skills
• Experience working in fast-paced environment.

Education:

• 4-year Degree
