Content Review Operations Manager

The Content Review Operations Manager oversees the end-to-end Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review process for promotional and medical content.

This role manages content submissions, review meetings, approval workflows, metadata, compliance documentation, and digital assets within Veeva Vault Promo Mats (VVPM). The position works closely with marketing, medical, regulatory, brand, and agency partners to improve review processes, maintain compliance, and support timely approval of promotional and medical materials.

Responsibilities include managing end-to-end MLR content review and approval workflows, validating content submissions, preparing review agendas, facilitating live MLR review meetings, tracking post-review decisions, managing promotional and medical assets within Veeva Vault Promo Mats (VVPM), maintaining accurate asset metadata, partnering with content owners and brand teams, providing operational guidance, maintaining compliance documentation, identifying workflow bottlenecks, implementing process improvements, and supporting digital content strategies.

Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, 5+ years of experience working with diverse cross-functional stakeholders, 3+ years of experience in MLR content review and approval, content or digital asset management, marketing operations, regulatory compliance, or content governance, experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or another highly regulated industry, hands-on experience with Veeva Vault Promo Mats (VVPM) or a comparable Digital Asset Management (DAM) or MLR approval system, strong understanding of promotional and medical content life cycles, knowledge of regulatory compliance, approval workflows, and modular content concepts, and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Preferred qualifications include experience supporting pharmaceutical or biotechnology brand teams, knowledge of brand ecosystems and digital marketing operations, experience working with creative or advertising agencies, and familiarity with print production and distribution systems.
