** Job Summary*
* The Content Review Operations Manager oversees and executes the end-to-end review processes for medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) content within Genentech. In this vital role, you will ensure that all promotional and medical content flows efficiently, transparently, and compliantly through the review cycle. Your leadership supports timely approvals, rigorous audit readiness, and upholds both internal policies and external regulatory requirements, ultimately accelerating the time-to-market for high-quality, approved assets.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Design and implement comprehensive Content Review Operations plans that align with compliance and product standards.

+ Optimize resource allocation and provide strategic planning inputs to streamline content review processes.

+ Lead MLR review cycles, ensuring adherence to SOPs and high standards of quality and compliance.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional review teams and leverage accelerator tools to expedite approval timelines.

+ Manage the content review workflow-oversee submission validation, agenda preparation, meeting facilitation, and actionable follow-ups.

+ Validate and maintain metadata and business rules to support modular content standards, ensuring alignment with business needs at both campaign and broader campaign levels.

+ Serve as a subject matter expert on content systems and processes, providing training support and ongoing guidance to adapt to evolving standards.

+ Proactively identify and address operational gaps or risks, escalating issues as appropriate, and partnering with content owners to ensure consistent process adherence.

+ Develop and maintain comprehensive audit trails and compliance documentation for all content assets.

+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and operational outcomes.

+ Prepare and facilitate review meetings, ensuring timely resolutions and informed decision-making.

+ Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies governing Genentech operations.

** Qualifications & Experience*

* Required:

* + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

+ Minimum 5 years of experience partnering with diverse stakeholders; at least 3 years in content/digital asset management, content or marketing operations, content review and approval, compliance, or governance.

+ Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault Promo Mats (VVPM) or similar content/digital asset management and approval platforms.

+ Background in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotech, or similarly regulated industries.

+ Thorough understanding of marketing and medical content life cycles.

+ Demonstrated ability to design and refine operational processes, leveraging technology for enhanced compliance and efficiency.

+ Excellent program management skills; strong communicator with proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

+ Familiarity with digital content strategies and regulatory requirements in marketing.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Teams, Word, SharePoint, etc.).

** Preferred:*
* + Knowledge of creative development and print/distribution workflows.

+ Deep understanding of brand ecosystems and agency operations.
