Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 per year

• 140-180k Base Salary

• Establish and maintain construction schedule, identifying and solving problems as needed.
• Direct all field personnel and activities in accordance with project schedule through completion of final punch list.
• Ensure the highest quality workmanship is provided.
• Order materials and schedule necessary inspections.
• Promote jobsite safety, encourage safe work practices, and rectify jobsite hazards.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and colleagues.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policy by all employees and contractors.

• High School Diploma (any additional experience a plus)
• 5+ years of commercial construction experience at a General Contractor
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Superintendent supervising project teams
• Prior experience with both commercial tenant improvements and structural projects (life science, advanced technology, and corporate office/campus experience strongly preferred)
• In-depth knowledge of the construction process, including scheduling, contract administration, equipment, manpower, etc.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project (or related scheduling programs)
