Responsibilities:
- Support the Project Manager in coordinating day-to-day construction activities and tracking progress against established plans.
- Facilitate communication among field teams, contractors, vendors, and internal departments to help keep projects aligned and moving forward.
- Assist with project scheduling, milestone tracking, and follow-up on key tasks to maintain timelines and priorities.
- Create, organize, and update project records, reports, and other documentation to ensure accurate and accessible information.
- Review project data and status updates to help identify delays, performance issues, and areas requiring attention.
- Help monitor adherence to safety standards, building requirements, and applicable regulatory guidelines throughout project execution.
- Participate in job site visits, project meetings, and inspections to gather updates and support coordination efforts.
- Work with procurement and operations teams to track materials, equipment, and supply needs for ongoing construction activities.
- Contribute to resolving project concerns by escalating risks, documenting issues, and supporting timely follow-through on action items. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to maintain accurate files, enter data efficiently, and handle document scanning and record organization.
- Effective communication and customer service skills for working with internal teams, contractors, and external partners.
- Comfortable supporting timeline management and adapting to changing project needs in a construction environment.
- Willingness to learn construction processes, site coordination practices, and project documentation standards. Talent Match®
