Salary Info:
Hourly Rate will be based on $54,500-$104.931 / annum Base range
(Advanced Education & Certifications not included) Prorated based upon Experience and agreed upon work hours.

Job Description:

Saint Veronica is seeking a qualified part time Spanish Teacher for the  school-year. This is a part-time, non- exempt position. The Spanish Teacher is responsible for providing instruction in Spanish to all grade levels K-8

• Create & Deliver lesson plans reflecting a well-rounded comprehensive Spanish instructional program for grades K-8
• Ability / Willingness to learn how to Integrate technology into the curriculum
• Exhibits behavioral and classroom management skills
• Communicates with families
• Attend necessary meetings
• Serve in various school duties, as assigned by the Principal

• Practicing Catholic Preferred
• Supportive of the Catholic Ethos of the school
• Commitment to creating a supportive & engaging learning environment where students thrive
• Passion for supporting students as they strive to learn new skills
• Strong communication skills in relation to students, parents, & faculty

• Experience working with children
• Able to speak / read / write in Spanish & to teach students these skills
• Experience Teaching Spanish / Spanish Education background
• Associate’s, Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred
• Valid California Teaching Credential preferred
