Senior Electrical Engineer (PE) | $180K-$210K + Bonus + ESOP
Near South San Francisco, CA
Are you a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) looking to lead high-impact projects while mentoring a talented engineering team? An established, fast-growing employee-owned Design‑Build Engineering firm is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer or Manager to support major commercial and infrastructure projects.
- $180K-$210K+ Base
- Bonus
- ESOP (Employee Ownership)
- Active PE License required
- 8+ years of Electrical Engineering experience
- Design‑Build experience
- Experience leading projects from concept through completion
- Leadership or mentoring experience
- Revit proficiency and strong NEC knowledge
- Experience with airports, hospitals, stadiums, or large commercial/infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
