Zipline is hiring an experienced Supplier Industrialization lead to scale electric motors for autonomous drone systems. The role partners with engineering, sourcing, manufacturing and global suppliers to ensure scalable, reliable production.
You will own supplier readiness from prototype through production ramp, drive APQP/PPAP and Lean improvements, and travel about 50% across Japan and Southeast Asia to support partners. This is an on-site role at Zipline HQ.
