& monitor Chinese regulatory trends to support inbound Chinese investments.
Bachelor's degree in Finance or substantially related field & 3 years experience (any job title) in: CFIUS, BIS, & OFAC sanctions compliance; CDD process for investments; & management of Chinese investments, including preparation of Chinese overseas investment certificates.
