Long term contract (Possibility of further extension)

Pay Rate: $49/hr on W2

Seeking a motivated Scientist to support parenteral formulation development and drug delivery for synthetic molecules and novel modalities. This role will contribute to pre-clinical pharmaceutics activities supporting pipeline programs across therapeutic areas.

• Independently prepare drug product formulations for pre-clinical studies
• Develop and evaluate simple and complex dosage forms, including nanoparticle-based formulations
• Analyze formulations using pharmaceutics-focused analytical techniques
• Document experiments and results in electronic lab notebooks and presentations
• Analyze data, identify trends, and propose hypothesis-driven follow-up experiments
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to support project deliverables

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or Chemical Engineering
• PhD preferred
• 2+ years of hands-on laboratory or manufacturing experience (academia or industry)
• Ability to independently prepare formulations (weighing, measuring, pipetting, lab equipment use)
• Hands-on experience with pharmaceutics analytical techniques, including:
• Spectroscopy
• Chromatography
• Rheology
• Light scattering
• Physicochemical property measurements

• Experience with parenteral formulations and drug delivery
• Exposure to novel modalities (e.g., peptides, nucleic acids, conjugates)
• Strong documentation, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration skills
