• Bridge the gap between complex business challenges and the data required to address them.
• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines to ensure stability, accuracy, and seamless data flow across operational systems.
• Partner with engineering teams to improve data quality at the source, shaping how analytics infrastructure is built and scaled.
• Design, develop, and optimize data models to transform and consolidate raw data into clean, reusable datasets for analytics.
• Define, track, and operationalize key business metrics and KPIs to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build intuitive dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics tools that unlock actionable insights across the organization.
• Apply advanced statistical methods and experimental design to uncover trends, drive product and operational progress, and support marketing initiatives.
• Balance centralized and distributed reporting needs by building resources and models that empower teams to act independently.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Expertise in Analytics Engineering, including designing and building robust data pipelines and models.
• Proficiency in writing complex and efficient SQL queries.
• Hands-on experience with modern data warehousing (preferably Snowflake) and dimensional data modeling (preferably using dbt).
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools, such as Mode and Thought Spot.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to visualize and present complex results clearly.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, explaining technical topics to diverse audiences.

• Familiarity with Python or R for advanced statistical analysis, experimental design, or predictive modeling.
• Experience working with finance, e-commerce, and product data within supply chain or logistics contexts.
• Expertise in data storytelling and executive reporting to support high-level decision making.
• Demonstrated ability to triage analytics requests and balance multiple projects and deadlines.
• Previous involvement in operational analytics for inventory, maintenance, engineering, or fulfillment operations.
