Client's Early Clinical Development (ECD) organization is seeking a Senior AI Fullstack Engineer to join the Clinical Data Insights & Automation (CDI&A) team.

Reporting to the Director of Software Engineering, you’ll collaborate across Clinical Science, Clinical Operations, Medical Writing, Quality, and Regulatory to build industry-leading software solutions for highly complex clinical development challenges.

• 🧪 Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications supporting clinical development
• 🤖 Identify and integrate LLMs & generative AI into data workflows and products
• 🎨 Build intuitive, user-centric interfaces
• 🧹 Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code; participate in reviews & best practices
• 🔍 Stay current on advances in generative AI & ML and evaluate new tools
• 🤝 Collaborate with AI scientists, engineers, and product managers
• 🚢 Build and maintain robust deployment pipelines and monitor production systems

You’re a senior-level full stack engineer who thrives as both a technical leader and hands-on contributor
. You understand the modern AI landscape — its strengths, limitations, and real-world applications — and you’re excited to turn that knowledge into impactful software.

• 🎓 BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
• 💼 5+ years of full stack development experience
• 🖥️ Strong proficiency in Vue.js, React, or similar frameworks
• 📊 2+ years developing and deploying AI/ML solutions
• ✍️ Familiarity with prompt engineering
• 📦 Containerized workflows:
  Docker, Podman, Kubernetes
• 🧪 Automated testing experience (Python unittest, Jest, Playwright)
• 🔁 Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• ☁️
  
  Experience with
  AWS and modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake)
• 🧠
  
  Experience with
  chatbots, RAG systems, and LLM integrations
• 🗣️ Strong communication skills — able to explain complex ideas to non-technical partners

  Hugging Face, Lang Chain, PyTorch, Tensor Flow
• ⚙️ Dev Ops, CI/CD, and infrastructure knowledge
• 🧩 Familiarity with CRDTs (e.g., Yjs)
• 🩺 Applying NLP/LLMs to clinical text
• 💊 Basic understanding of clinical drug development
