Technical Program Manager; Sr. Mgr or Assoc. Director

Position Summary

Sr. Technical Project / Program Manager to lead a portfolio of high-impact IT initiatives across R&D, G&A, and AI/Infrastructure.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT programs across R&D (Clinical, Discovery, Preclinical), G&A (Finance, HR, Legal, collaboration tools), and AI/ML & infrastructure platforms.
• Drive planning/execution across the full SDLC; manage multiple concurrent initiatives with prioritization and delivery accountability.
• Ensure delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
• Use Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models; establish plans, milestones, dependencies; manage risks/issues.
• Partner with Security, Infrastructure, Applications, Data/AI, and Enterprise Systems; define requirements, align priorities, and drive adoption.
• Provide executive governance (steering committees, status reporting, executive updates) and data-driven reporting.
• Lead/enable AI & digital initiatives; demonstrate AI literacy and enable scalable, production‑ready AI solutions.
• Build/scaling IT PMO capabilities; standardize documentation/reporting; mentor junior team members.

• 7+ years in technical project/program management (biotech/pharma/regulated preferred).
• Proven success delivering complex cross-functional IT programs for R&D and enterprise functions.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC;
  Agile/Waterfall/hybrid; cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP); data platforms & AI/ML; enterprise apps.
• Plus:
  GxP/validation/compliance.
• Preferred: PMP/PgMP/Scrum (or equivalent).
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering (Master’s preferred).
