User Account Management (via CIDM)

Incident Management (via Service Now) - including but not limited to:

• Troubleshoot computer systems (installation, uninstallation of software and drives on Windows OS)
• Troubleshoot hardware connection issues (co-ordinate with instrument services team or vendors as necessary typical vendors include Thermo, Agilent, Waters)
• Troubleshoot Chromeleon software issues (co-ordinate with software vendor as necessary)
• Co-ordinate with infrastructure and operations teams (like DBA, CIDM etc.) as necessary
• Troubleshoot configuration related issues (reporting, etc.)

Request Management (via Service Now) including but not limited to:

• Instrument configuration
• Chromeleon Installation
• Instrument Method configuration
• Support with software installation during software upgrades and patch releases
• Knowledge Management

Out of Scope

• Draft and maintain support run book or system admin document.
• Document unique issues (not covered within vendor support documentation) and corresponding fixes /
• workaround.
• Perform hardware re-calibration
• Fixing software bugs or product limitation
