* ** Pay rate:** **$85-90/hr +Benefits*
* This role will partner closely with scientists and software engineering teams to migrate laboratory workflows from legacy ELN systems into modern, integrated platforms while driving user adoption and process improvements.

* Key Responsibilities:
*
* + Gather and document business and technical requirements for LM laboratory workflows.
+ Lead workflow migration from legacy ELN systems (Benchling) to modern scientific platforms (Aspen, TaPIR, Penguin).
+ Partner with wet-lab scientists and software engineering teams to translate scientific needs into development requirements.
+ Support change management, user training, and adoption of new laboratory applications.
+ Document laboratory processes, data collection workflows, and bioanalytical assay requirements.
+ Serve as the onsite subject matter expert to facilitate knowledge transfer and workflow optimization.

* Required Qualifications:
*
* + Strong background in
** Large Molecule drug discovery** , including Molecular Biology, protein production, and bioanalytical assays.
+
Experience with
** LIMS, ELNs, and laboratory automation
** systems.
+ Proven ability to gather business requirements and bridge communication between scientific and technical teams.
+ Experience leading workflow or system migrations in a laboratory environment.
+ Strong change management and stakeholder engagement skills.

* Preferred Qualifications:
*
* + Experience migrating workflows from
** Benchling** .
+ Familiarity with
** Aspen, TaPIR, Penguin** , or similar scientific workflow platforms.
+ Experience defining UI or functional requirements for scientific software applications.
