Responsibilities:
Partner with business and external partners to establish SSO. Partner with x-functional teams to establish Workday integrations - API, file-based etc. Participate in data mapping, data cleanup and one-time data ingestion conversations. Design and oversee AWS data pipeline development. Advise on architecture, tools and technologies. Represent team in System Risk Assessment and Data Classification conversations for compliance. Stay abreast of global HR initiatives and advise local teams.

Represent local teams in global request prioritization UML processing and mapping.

Requirements:
Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills. Proven ability to operate successfully in a cross-functional, often virtual matrix environment with shared accountability and responsibilities. Ability to learn and develop a viewpoint to enable successful business interactions. Knowledge of Workday data, People & Culture (HR) practices highly desirable. Knowledge/understanding of SSO, Mulesoft, APIs, EDI. Experience with employee data. Collaboration with global teams across multiple time zones.

Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS. Understanding of Tableau. In-depth understanding and consistent adherence to compliance and transparency policies in relation to working with third parties. Strong analytical skills: demonstrable ability to use quantitative and qualitative information to identify opportunities or risks and help inform and shape strategies and plans. Excellent communicator in written and public speaking capacities; experience in the development and execution of global communication plans.

Fluency in written and spoken English.
