Senior Digital Product Manager - Patient Web Experience

- Standard 8-hour shift (8:00 AM-4:00 PM or 9:00 AM-5:00 PM PT)
- Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

We are seeking a product-minded strategist to lead the web platform requirements for a patient-facing digital portal. This individual will define the web experience across multiple branded websites, drive vendor integrations for patient services, and serve as the primary representative for web platforms across patient services, marketing, IT, compliance, and external vendors.
This is a strategic product role focused on defining requirements, aligning stakeholders, and driving execution rather than software development.
Key Responsibilities- Own web platform requirements for the patient-facing portal.
- Define responsibilities between internal web platforms and third-party vendors.
- Map patient touchpoints to API contracts and supporting data sources.
- Define architecture for embedding vendor data within branded web experiences using an enterprise design system.
- Partner with patient services, CX, and data science teams to enhance digital patient experiences.
- Represent web platforms during governance and architecture discussions.
- Translate patient journey requirements into scalable web components.
- Partner with data teams on real-time and batch data strategies.
- Collaborate with compliance teams on modular approval workflows.
- Drive adoption of standardized portal components across brand teams.
- Participate in vendor discovery sessions.
- Coordinate across patient services, marketing, IT, compliance, CX, and external partners.
- Influence decisions while balancing competing priorities.
- Provide clear recommendations supported by business rationale.
- Thrive in an evolving, fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Ensure reusable portal components scale across multiple brands.
- Define authentication and SSO approaches.
- Establish consent management experiences across integrated systems.
- Define analytics strategy to measure patient engagement, enrollment, treatment progression, and operational KPIs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, Science, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8-10 years of digital product management experience, including at least 3 years within pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare organizations.
- Experience designing patient-facing digital experiences.
- Strong understanding of patient access programs including:
- Copay Assistance
- Patient Enrollment
- Financial Assistance
- Prior Authorization
- Experience defining API-based integrations and data contracts.
- Strong stakeholder management across marketing, IT, compliance, and external vendors.
- Ability to facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Experience working effectively in ambiguous and evolving environments.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or enterprise CMS platforms.
- Familiarity with HIPAA, patient identity, consent management, and SSO.
- Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, CRM platforms, or patient engagement solutions.
- Experience supporting multi-brand or enterprise digital initiatives.
- Experience with enterprise design systems and component-based architecture.
- Understanding of MLR/CMLR review processes within the pharmaceutical industry.
This role will help shape the future of patient digital engagement by delivering connected experiences that support affordability, enrollment, treatment journey tracking, and patient education across a large portfolio of healthcare brands. The successful candidate will bridge patient strategy with enterprise web platform execution while influencing digital experiences at scale.
