- Hold a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. degree in Biology, Genetics, Biomedical Engineering
, or a related field, with 2–5 years of relevant experience
. - Demonstrate strong expertise in designing and executing cellular and molecular biology experiments
, along with accurate data analysis and interpretation. - Perform advanced genomics protocols, including custom DNA/RNA amplicon preparation and sequencing
; experience with massively parallel reporter assays (MPRA) is preferred. - Possess hands-on experience with primary cell culture
; experience with iPSC and/or T-cell culture is highly desirable. - Execute core molecular biology techniques such as molecular cloning, flow cytometry, and quantitative PCR (qPCR).
- Have specialized experience in one or more of the following areas:
viral vector technologies (e.g., lentivirus), NGS library design and preparation, and single-cell sequencing approaches (scRNA-seq/scMPRA). - Be self-motivated, analytical, and highly organized
, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented research environment and contribute to scientific and technological innovation.
