* A leading research organization is seeking a
** Research Technician II
** to support cutting-edge functional genomics projects focused on large-scale, high-throughput DNA cis-regulatory element screening. This lab-based role involves executing advanced molecular biology and high-content screening experiments and contributing to dataset generation for machine learning applications.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Perform complex molecular and cellular biology experiments in functional genomics

+ Support
** massively parallel reporter assay (MPRA)
** screens across multiple cell types

+ Conduct custom DNA/RNA amplicon preparation and sequencing workflows

+ Execute molecular biology techniques including
** molecular cloning, qPCR, and flow cytometry*
* + Maintain and work with
** primary cell cultures** , with preference for
** iPSC and/or T cell culture
** experience

+ Assist in experimental design, data interpretation, and results communication

+ Contribute to development and optimization of genomics screening technologies

** Qualifications*
* + Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Biology, Genetics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field

+ 2-5 years of relevant laboratory experience

+ Strong experimental design and data analysis skills

+ Highly organized, analytical, and self-motivated

+ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

** Preferred Technical Experience*
* + MPRA or other pooled genetic screening approaches

+ Viral vector systems (e.g., lentivirus)

+ NGS library preparation and design

+ Single-cell genomics methods such as
** scRNA-seq or scMPRA*
