We are seeking a
ScientistII
to join the Nucleic Acid Design and Discovery (NADD) team. Thisrole focuses on
oligonucleotide therapeutics discovery
, supportingRNAi-based research through synthesis, characterization, and collaboration across therapeutic areas.
- Designand execute oligonucleotide synthesis and purification workflows.
- PerformHPLC and mass spectrometry analysis for characterization and impurityprofiling.
- SupportRNAi and nucleic acid therapeutic discovery across neuroscience,immunology, and oncology programs.
- Develop and scale up synthesis of lead oligonucleotide candidates for preclinicalstudies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate chemistry and biology data.
- Maintain and troubleshoot lab equipment (e.g., oligo synthesizers, HPLC systems).
- Conduct literature reviews and contribute to experimental design and strategy.
- BS/MSin Organic Chemistry or related field.
- Hands-on experience with oligonucleotide synthesis, purification, and characterization.
- Experience with automated oligo synthesizers, HPLC, and mass spectrometry.
- Understanding of RNAi, nucleic acid therapeutics, and modification chemistriespreferred.
- Industry experience in biotech/pharma R&D is a plus.
