Analytical Operations Associate (Flow Cytometry)

We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Analytical Operations Associate to support analytical testing in a laboratory environment. This role involves executing established test methods, documenting results, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to generate high-quality data in support of research and development activities.

Location:

South San Francisco, CA

Pay: $40-45/hr

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine analytical testing following established protocols and procedures.
• Conduct flow cytometry assays and analyze data using appropriate software tools.
• Document experimental data accurately in electronic laboratory notebooks (ELN).
• Review, compile, and summarize analytical data while ensuring data integrity.
• Troubleshoot assays and support method optimization and continuous improvement efforts.
• Maintain laboratory organization, equipment, and materials.
• Follow laboratory safety, quality, and documentation procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support testing priorities and project timelines.
• Assist with general laboratory operations and other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent laboratory experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on analytical laboratory experience.
• Hands-on experience with flow cytometry is required.
• Experience using electronic laboratory notebooks (ELN);
  Benchling experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and documentation practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced laboratory environment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
