Job Duration:Long Term Contract(Possibility Of Extension)
Rate: $51/hr on W2

OverviewThis role focuses on oligonucleotide therapeutics discovery, supporting RNAi-based research through synthesis, characterization, and collaboration across therapeutic areas.
Key Responsibilities- Design and execute oligonucleotide synthesis and purification workflows.
- Perform HPLC and mass spectrometer analysis for characterization and impurity profiling.
- Support RNAi and nucleic acid therapeutic discovery across neuroscience, immunology, and oncology programs.
- Develop and scale up synthesis of lead oligonucleotide candidates for pre clinical studies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate chemistry and biology data.
- Maintain and troubleshoot lab equipment (e.g., oligo synthesizers, HPLC systems).
- Conduct literature reviews and contribute to experimental design and strategy.
- BS/MS in Organic Chemistry or related field.
- Hands-on experience with oligonucleotide synthesis, purification, and characterization.
- Experience with automated oligo synthesizers, HPLC, and mass spectrometry.
- Understanding of RNAi, nucleic acid therapeutics, and modification chemistries preferred.
