They are seeking a Point of Sale (POS) System Coordinator to take ownership of the POS ecosystem across multiple stores. This is a highly visible, hands-on role that directly supports store operations and ensures the accuracy, reliability, and performance of front-end retail systems.

Job Responsibilities for Point of Sale (POS) System Coordinator:
- Administer and support the POS environment across multiple store locations, ensuring accurate communication between front-end registers and back-office systems.
- Maintain item files, PLUs, pricing, promotions, departments, tenders, and tax tables to ensure accurate transactions and reporting.
- Serve as the primary POS support resource for store managers and front-end teams, troubleshooting issues with registers, scanners, scales, printers, and payment devices.
- Support daily, weekly, and monthly POS operational processes, including end-of-day and financial reconciliation workflows.
- Coordinate with POS vendors and technology partners to resolve technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Assist with system upgrades, hardware replacements, and store technology projects.
- Maintain documentation, identify recurring issues, and recommend improvements to enhance system reliability and operational efficiency.
- 3+ years of POS systems experience within a multi-location retail or grocery environment.
- Hands-on experience with Data (host/back office).
- Hands-on experience with Encore by Truno (front end).
- Strong Excel skills, including data manipulation, reporting, and reconciliation.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot POS hardware, integrations, and store technology systems.
