Sales Executive

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Sales Executive located in South San Francisco, CA. The Sales Executive will identify and establish relationships with potential clients, manage accounts, and develop strategies to meet sales targets. Responsibilities include prospecting, handling client inquiries, providing tailored logistics solutions, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of logistics services.

• Proven sales skills in prospecting, account management, and client relationship‑building
• Understanding of logistics and supply chain processes, with expertise in shipping or freight forwarding being a plus
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Problem‑solving skills and ability to provide tailored logistics solutions
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry is beneficial
