Calico is seeking an accomplished leader to head peptide drug discovery within its Drug Discovery organization in California. The role focuses on lead optimization of oral peptide drug candidates and delivering candidates to the preclinical pipeline.
You will mentor a peptide chemistry team, collaborate with ML, CMC, DMPK, and regulatory groups, oversee external CROs, and contribute to INDs and NDAs. Onsite five days a week; base salary range $320k–$350k with two annual bonuses.
