Security Officer - Driver Perimeter Rover in South San Francisco, CA serves and safeguards clients in healthcare and other industries. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a leading healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to deter security-related incidents, and support staff, patients, and visitors through strong customer service and clear communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license.

Pay Rate: $29.00 / Hour

• What You' A0ll Do: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, documenting and reporting security-related concerns per post orders.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, corridors, parking areas, and perimeter points to deter unauthorized activity and policy violations.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management, credential checks, and directions, escalating concerns to site leadership or emergency responders as needed.
• Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and other required documentation, and communicate observations to onsite contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
