Provide customer service to staff, patients, and/or visitors by following security procedures and policies;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facilities, including interior areas, parking lots, and perimeter routes;
Respond to incidents and critical situations, coordinating with onsite personnel and emergency services as needed;
Monitor access points and observe activity to deter unauthorized entry and direct visitors;
Document patrol activity, incidents, and observations in reports and communicate with supervisors and client representatives
