As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help discourage security-related incidents. You will respond to concerns, document observations, and communicate clearly with tenants, visitors, and site contacts while delivering a welcoming customer service experience.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by following site-specific procedures, access control policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including lobbies, corridors, stairwells, parking areas, and the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify maintenance concerns.

+ Monitor alarms, cameras, and building systems when assigned, and document observations, incidents, and irregularities in written reports and/or electronic logs.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical calls, fire alarm activations, and disturbances, and coordinate with property management and/or public responders as needed.

+ Control access by verifying credentials, directing visitors, enforcing site rules, and assisting with deliveries and service providers in accordance with security-related procedures.

* + A guard card and/or license is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
