Security Officer - Flex Bike Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout commercial real estate areas including lobbies, corridors, parking areas, and exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify maintenance or operational concerns;
Monitor and respond to alarms, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to property management and/or public emergency services as needed;
Complete detailed patrol logs, incident reports, and shift documentation, and communicate notable observations to oncoming personnel and site contacts;
Assist with closing and opening routines such as checking doors, gates, stairwells, and common areas, and verifying that authorized individuals have appropriate access credentials
