Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalating conflicts and requesting assistance when needed;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of lobbies, office areas, parking areas, and perimeter spaces;
Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by observing visitor activity, checking credentials as required, and directing guests to the proper destination;
Complete accurate reports and logs for incidents, patrol activity, and/or unusual conditions, and communicate key information to site contacts and Allied Universal supervision
