Provide customer service to clients and visitors at a financial services location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity; working environments and conditions may vary by site.;
Monitor access points and observe for unusual conditions, and report concerns according to post orders and Allied Universal guidelines.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site representations and/or emergency services as needed.;
Complete detailed documentation such as daily activity reports and incident reports, and communicate relevant information during shift transitions.
