Security Officer Lobby Check In

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and manage front desk communications and access procedures for a healthcare location;
Monitor lobby activity, assist visitors, staff, and vendors, and direct them to appropriate departments;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and coordinate with on-site personnel or emergency services as needed;
Maintain front desk logs, visitor records, and incident documentation for leadership and client representatives;
Deter unauthorized access by monitoring entry points and reporting suspicious activity per post instructions
