Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Patrol Reporting

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or property management personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.;
Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, access-related issues, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions according to site procedures.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior areas, parking facilities, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and delivery activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, reporting unusual conditions to the appropriate personnel.;
Complete required activity reports, incident reports, and shift documentation while communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
