Sugar Bear Home Services is seeking an experienced HVAC Tune-Up Technician to join our growing team. We are looking for a long‑term team member who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service and high‑quality workmanship.
This position focuses primarily on HVAC maintenance and tune‑ups, with opportunities to identify repair needs and present solutions to customers.

Responsibilities- Perform HVAC maintenance and tune‑ups on residential systems
- Inspect equipment and identify potential repair or replacement opportunities
- Troubleshoot heating and cooling systems
- Present repair options and recommendations to customers
- Document findings and complete service reports
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every call
- Minimum HVAC service experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to present repair options professionally
- Must provide your own hand tools
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Clean‑cut and professional appearance
- Friendly, positive attitude with strong people skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Quality workmanship—no sloppy work
- EPA Certification preferred
This is a 1099 independent contractor position with performance‑based pay.
- Completed tune‑ups
- Repairs sold and completed
- Customer satisfaction
- Overall performance
Work volume is expected to be up to 4 calls per day, 3–4 days per week.
