Looking for a full‑time position with a consistent schedule and consecutive days off? ORO is hiring Drivers to transport passengers using the Uber platform. We provide everything you need to succeed, including a company vehicle, fuel, maintenance, and insurance—so you can focus on delivering a safe and exceptional customer experience.

As an ORO Driver, you’ll safely transport passengers while representing our commitment to safety and service. Every shift begins with a company‑provided vehicle that’s clean, inspected, and ready to go.

• Full‑Time (37+ hours per week)
• Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Consecutive days off

• Safely transport passengers using the Uber platform.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Assist passengers with loading and unloading personal belongings.
• Navigate efficiently using GPS and mapping applications.
• Complete pre‑ and post‑shift vehicle inspections.
• Retrieve and return company vehicles each shift.
• Follow all company safety policies and protect company assets.

• Must be 23 years of age or older.
• Valid California driver’s license.
• Minimum one year of licensed driving experience.
• Personal smartphone required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to safety.

• The hourly rate for this role is $19.61 per hour plus tips.

• Overtime Pay:
  Eligible (The company pays overtime in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. Per company policy, approval is required prior to the use of overtime).
• Holiday Pay:
  Eligible (1.5 x regular pay rate for hours worked on a designated holiday, in addition to receiving 8 hours of holiday pay).
• Sick Pay:
  Granted up to 48 hours.
• Paid Time Off / Vacation / Paid observed Holidays (Accruals start at .83 Days a Month, 4 Floating Holidays, 9 Paid Observed Holidays).

This driver role requires a pre‑employment drug test and may include random drug testing in accordance with California law.
